Do you want to bee a successful beekeeper but you're just not quite sure where to start? Our progression style classes are designed to teach you the fundamentals of beekeeping and allow you to make informed desisions in regards to your own management practices.
Important information, please read before booking.
A few things to keep in mind for your upcoming class. While honey bees are very tolerant of beekeepers they are still stinging insects that want to defend their home. please make sure to wear loose fitting pants and closed toed shoes. We encourage you to bring your own protective gear(veil, gloves etc). We do not require that you wear gloves during the class but we highly recommend it. Veils are mandatory. If you do not have a veil you will be provided with one prior to the beginning of the class. Lastly, feel free to bring any and all beekeeping gear, gadgets, smokers, hive tools etc.
